I purchased this for my 7 month old grand baby after purchasing a couple other items similar. My little guy loves the lights, and I was looking for something that would hold his attention. This is great, and it has the lights that I was hoping for on the top. It took him about 5 minutes to figure out how to make it sing to him, and I was trilled. It is easy for him to grip and handle, and I'm sure will be a favorite. -- Just what I was looking for...
Our ten month old granddaughter has gotten many hours of entertainment from this product and I suspect she will get many more. -- Kaleidoscope
We received this when my son was about 9 months old, and he liked it but it wasn't a favorite. However when he was 2 and learned the names of the colors, he loved squeezing the handles and saying the color names. Later, he loved learning to squeeze two handles at once for the purple, orange, or green combinations. He's just now starting to lose interest at age 3. (Ours is the older model with the full dome on top.) -- Great through at least age 2
We received one as a gift and ours must be a different model because the top part of the toy is a full dome unlike the one shown in picture, and lights do not appear onto the mirrored part below...the mirror has no use or point on ours other than confusion. The speaker for music is where lights should shine down on the mirror...not much fun to look at. I would love the one described here, though. Our son love the flashing lights and the music so at least it gets used and enjoyed...but ours leaves something to be desired. -- Different Model???
I think it did all it was advertised to do. I just thought the "light show" was a bit lacking, since it was a couple colors changing on and off. The baby liked it, and it is difficult to find items that are good for her. She is 15months, so alot of stuff is too baby-ish and even more is not rated for her age group sooooo. -- Was a cute item
