I have several of these and have 3 inserts for each shell.

What I love about this diaper:
1. Pretty! There are lots of bright, attractive colors and patterns. We have "boy" and "girl" patterns. I love them all!
2. Non-irritating velcro. The tabs are not scratchy and won't irritate baby's skin. They're almost smooth to the touch!
3. Perfect laundry tabs. They fold right over on themselves!
4. Overlapping tabs. If you have a skinny baby, the tabs will fasten on top of each other for a snug fit.
5. Elastic in the liner. There is elastic around the legs to help hug the liner to your baby.
6. Snap-in liners. No more bunching up! These liners snap right in to the shell.
7. Slim in the middle. Cloth diapers are bulkier than disposables. Period. When our baby wears these, I can tell by the way she is walking. They are slimmer than the other AIO (all in one)'s we have tried and I really like that!
8. Wing droop is addressed with extra snaps on the insides! It's not just a snap to pull the tab where you need it, but an inner snap will also snap up those wings to keep the diaper snug around baby's middle!

What I would change:
1. We have LOTS of "leakage" from the liner to the shell. The elastic helps, but if the baby poops, chances are we are going to have to rinse and change the shell. We don't often make it through a day without going through at least 4 shells. With other AIO systems, we can make it through a day with 2 shells.
2. Taller rise. Our baby is short and chunky. At 15 months old, she is totally unsnapped, so the rise will not go any higher for her. She may outgrow these before any of our other cloth diapers. These were the first we had to go up in size every time she grew, also.

Overall, I really like these. Very functional, but you might need a few shells more than other AIO systems. :-) -- Pretty, slim between the legs, but a bit messy!
I really loved these when I first got them, they have a trim fit, they're lightweight, they never leak at all, they dry super fast ... fast forward 5 weeks and I've lost the use 2 out of the 6 shells I bought, already. I am disappointed, to say the least, in this product. I was expecting a nice, durable product I could actually use through the three different snap sizes. We made it 5 weeks. These have been laundered exactly as directed and always hung to dry, I don't have the incredible hulk for an infant ... he's a pretty average sized 10 month old. With light use, as I only use these ones at night and if we're going out and I don't want to risk a leak, I have had one shell come unstitched at the waist which makes it unusable and another lose a snap - ripped all the way through the fabric tab at the waist so there's no way to put it on the baby now. If a baby tugging at them can make them fall apart it makes for a pretty poor baby product, right?

**I was responded to promptly by their customer service and informed that these are under warranty and a replacement set is on it's way. I am hoping I just got a bad run and the replacements last longer :) Their customer service is really wonderful and stand behind their products 100% -- Falling apart after 5 weeks - updated
My wife and I purchased 2 snap shells and 6 Velcro shells. When our son was first born (6.15 lbs.) the snap shells didn't fit very well and it was hard to keep them from leaking. As he has gained weight (now 17 lbs) he fits them much better and I prefer the snap to the Velcro. However, our son is a heavy wetter and as much as we would like to use cloth diapers solely, none of these products last an entire night without leaking. We purchased the extra soaker inserts and still continue to have leaks during the night. We have to use a night-time disposable. If your child isn't a heavy wetter, then I think this product would be perfect. I still am very happy with our purchase. We have been using these diapers for 6 months now and they have held up very well.

We haven't had any poop blow-outs with the cloth diapers while we have blow-outs constantly with the disposables.

We had one accident where bleach got poured in the diaper bucket with one of the cloth inserts. When we washed the diapers, the cotton completely fell apart. So make sure you follow the washing/care instructions carefully. -- Great Product
The snap version is so much better than the velcro. The cover fabric is quite elastic which allows for the correct fit every time (most snap covers out there do not allow this much adjustment). I also think that the snap covers are a tad bigger than the velcro ones. The only advantage that the velcro version has is the color choice. The velcro covers are good too, but the tabs stick to everything, even while changing baby, not just in the wash (picture diapering with scotch tape). These diapers are very trim both in between the legs and on the sides. Usually cloth diapers that are trim between the legs have side snaps which add bulk on the hips and may be uncomfortable for side sleepers. Since there is no fabric on the sides of these diapers, that problem is eliminated.

The boosters are not necessary, so forego them. I agree, may not last my baby his entire diapering life, but will last quite a bit longer than most sized cloth diapers. I did not use them on a newborn, but have the feeling that they are too big for them, especially the inserts. However, based on my chunky baby, these would probably be good after the first month for at least until 7-8 months if not more (my baby is in the 90th weight percentile, so I may be underestimating the length of use). These diapers are a must try. -- The snap version is light years better than velcro
Overall I think the concept of these diapers is wonderful. I like being able to purchase a cover/insert set that *should* last my babies diapering life. However, with an infant I found that when snapped on it's smallest setting, you had to fold over the insert, which is very awkward and bulky. Now my little man is 14 months old and is very petite. He is only 20 lbs, but is on the largest setting. I personally don't feel like the cover will get him to the end of diapering. I wish the rise or settings could go larger and that there were different size inserts for different size babies, which would defeat the purpose of the concept "one size". The diapers are cute, functional and never leak. I find the inserts to be absorbent enough that I never use the boosters. I still love them and would recommend them to anyone, especially since the inserts just simply get removed and you reuse the cover. It is a great alternative to pockets and all-in-ones. -- Great concept.
